The Library offers teens a flexible summer program held every Tuesday afternoon, at the Library, from June 19 through July 31 with the exception of July 3, at 2 p.m. Registration is required.

June 19 @ 2 pm | Silent Library
Shhhh! Libraries these days are not as quiet as they once were. This program consists of challenges that are designed to make noise. How quietly can you do them?

June 26 @ 2 pm | Library Olympics
Have you ever wondered what being a librarian is like? This program will take you through everyday tasks (and some tasks that aren’t) of a librarian in a fun, competitive way that will test your ability to be the best librarian.
July 10 @ 2 pm | What is it? Challenge Day
A day of blind guessing challenges. Do you know what flavor of potato chip you’re eating just by taste? How about what song you’re listening to just by hearing the first 5-10 seconds? Test your senses on this challenge day!
July 17 @ 2 pm | Tech Take Apart
Have you ever wondered what the inside of a printer looked like? Or a laptop? Well now is your chance to find out during our Tech Take Apart Day! Tear apart electronics and use the parts to create a work of art.
July 24 @ 2 pm | LIVE: Clue Reimagined
Who did it? Where? And with what? This new take on the popular board game CLUE places participants in an investigative role as they scramble to be the first to solve the crime. Will you be the one to book em?
July 31 @ 2 pm | Finale & Game Day
Our Teen Summer Learning Program Finale. Join us for food and games of all types. Board games, video games, and maybe even some… mind games. Prizes will be given away to those who have earned the most points during our program.

NOTE: A previous version of this schedule of programs listed an Escape Room Program. This program will no longer be held.

Alternative programs are available for participants to have more opportunities to meet summer learning program requirements. View the full list of Alternate Programs.
