The Lester Public Library of Arpin is seeking applications for a Director.  The successful candidate will be energetic, well-organized and able to enhance the library and its role as an integral component of the community.

Applicants are required to be a Grade 3 certification (at least 54 semester credits, half of which must be in the liberal arts and sciences).  Previous library experience in a supervisory position is preferred. 

It is vital this person have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work effectively with the library board, library employees, volunteers and the community is expected. Varying work hours average 20 hours a week and include days, evenings, and some Saturdays.

Salary will be dependent on education and qualifications.
